What are the costs to lease a space?
We have store sizes ranging from 2 sq.ft. to 400 sq.ft. Prices vary.
How long are the leases at BrickCity?
All leases are for 12 months. All store owners are expected to fulfill the full length of the lease agreement.
What does BrickCity do to advertise?
BrickCity is a collaborative leasing venue where all our owners use a variety of social media platforms to enhance and drive foot traffic to their store front within in BrickCity. We support advertising through social media platforms, along with Chamber Members, reaching thousands in our local communities.
Do I need to be onsite in my store to sell merchandise?
Absolutely not! The BrickCity Team employees a professional staff 7 days a week to serve your customers.
Does BrickCity collect commission on the sale of my product?
Yes, BrickCity collects 10% on all sales transactions.
Do I need to pay sales tax on the product that is sold?
No, BrickCity handles this task for you. Upon each transaction, BrickCity collects the sales tax and reports it to the state on a monthly basis.
How do I get paid?
You will receive one payout on the 6th of each month.
How do I keep track of the items sold out of my store?
Transactions will be reflected in real time in your store owner account. You will be able to login to your account to see your daily totals. This report also serves as a reminder to restock and ensure you maintain a healthy supply of inventory within your store.
Are all sales final?
BrickCity allows for exchanges on clothes and shoes only, with valid receipt within 30 days of the purchase date. All clearance/sale items are final sale.
